I'm going to attend BYU but I'm also in the process of being emancipated. However, at BYU I receive half tuiti?
I'm going to attend BYU but I'm also in the process of being emancipated. However, at BYU I receive half tuitition because my step dad worked there. Can I still receive the scholarship if I'm emancipated?
