Is taking Chemistry 1 online hard? Can you use notes on the final of the Independent Study BYU exam?

Funny I'm trying to graduate this school too and how I'm doing that is BYU independent. I'm currently taking Chemistry 1 part one and nearly finished. You have to only take 10 speedbacks and those aren't that hard if you take the time to learn the material. The material overall isn't that complex and the speedbacks are only around 30 questions each. I have yet to take the final but it is only like 60 questions but I don't think you can have notes on that exam.
