I need some help with reenlistment.?

I was Honorably Discharged with a separation code: JFV, and a separation authority: AR 635-200, PARA 5-17. It's been almost 3 years since then and I'm now looking to reenlist but the recruiters are stumped by the combination of these two and are bogging down my reenlistment papers. Can anyone help me out with this?
