Whats wrong with my Honda Express?

I have a 1979 Honda Express that i just bought, and i cleaned the carb out fully and i cleaned out the oil pump fully. It starts up fine it is but when its fully warmed up it wants to bog down and die when its just idling, and when i take it out for a drive and when i come to a complete stop it wants to bog down and die too. what could be wrong with it?
