What is wrong with my BMW 328i?

I have a 99 BMW 328i Sedan automatic 154,000 miles on it. The check engine light, EML light is on. And when i drive it, it bogs it won't go over 45 mph. I got the code read it said bank 1 sensor and something with the ECM also Pedal Position Sensor Circuit, Fuel Control (Bank 1 Sensor 1). I checked all the sensors their still good no cracks I bought a new ECM still no luck. I got it diagnosed and they told me those were the problems. I fixed most of it but still can't figure it out, can anybody help?
