you just need to make sure you are eating a wide range of fruits and veggies. Think color. the more color you eat the better. Dont only eat melon or apples for more than a day. you will begin to loose nutrients if you eat the same thing everydau. you dont have to eat meat. you can get protein from this grain called quinoa. its kinda like rice but a little different. I find it at whole foods. Also, dont be afraid to indulge a little if you want meat or chocolate.
