Help with zongshen 200cc ATV?

i have a zongshen 200cc ATV and it sputters, backfires and bogs right out when i open up the throttle if ANYBODY can help me to explaine how to tune this thing so i can stop it from running like crap i would really appericate it and it would help me not feel so ripped off lol PLEASE AND THANKS FOR ANY HELP
