How difficult are BYU Online Courses?

I am planning on taking BYU's Independent Study Online Course (precalc 1 and precalc 2) during the summer to get ahead and be able to take AP Statistics in the fall. I have been in honors math for two years. I am hoping to get As in both semesters of this course in order to raise my GPA so I am just wondering how difficult these courses are?
