I have a 09 colbolt 2.2/engine light and cylinder miss fire?

why would i get cylinder miss fire codes an engine light come on when air filter box is off the air filter. also the car does a bad bog down when u start the car in the morning or whn i let it sit for a while. i also get oil in the air plenum box connected to the throttle body
