Scooter bogs and dies?

I have a kymco agility 50 it was running like crap. so I cleaned the carb then it runs like new again so I put it away let it sit for 10 minutes then try starting it. It idles i turn the trottle makes bogging sound then dies. So I clean carb again and does the same thing I drain the gas and found oil in my gas put new gas in and boggs and dies
