Will i graduate? please help me?

okay so i failed english 2nd semester in my school..so i took an online course so i could graduate with the rest of the seniors and i got a D in the course but my school doesn't take Ds. the grading scale goes from C to an F..when i turn in my transcripts from BYU independent study will my D go to an F or stay as a D ???? please help me graduation is in days!!!!!!!!
