Will I qualify for FAFSA?

I just turned 24 in May, and I thought I'd be considered an independent. I wanted to apply for FASFA for the Fall semester at my community college. The only thing is my parents claimed me for my 2010 tax return, because I only worked a month out of that whole year in 2010, so I didn't have to do a tax return. Since my parents claimed me last year I have to use their 2010 tax return. They made 55,000 together last year. Does that mean I will not qualify? I think the last time I filed for fasfa with their income I got a BOG waiver, which just pays for my tuition, but I was wondering if I would be able to get anything else? I was thinking at least I'm 24 and am considered an independent but I totally forgot that my parents had claimed me last year, and now this affects how much I can get from Fasfa. Thanks
