Stallin or boggin down truck?

When I just normally accelerate when stopped the truck stalls. Like it hesitates to togo. Some times it kinda bogs out like I push the gas and it seems like there's just too much gas pooring in it just doesn't go until I step off the accelerator then push on it again. It's kinda hard to explain but if anybody has any ideas what it is tell me? Ps I changed the cap, wires sparkplugs cause it use to misfire alot but doesn't anymore. I checked the fuel pressure that seems to be right.
